Our Inspiration
The Layla Bug Project is inspired by my Daughter Layla Grace. Layla Bug has Pitt Hopkins Syndrome, is on the autism spectrum, and has limited speech and mobility. Prior to retiring from a 25 + year career in law enforcement I was fortunate enough to participate in several programs to enhance positive interactions between the Public Safety Community and the Special Needs/Differently Abled Community. My sincere hope with the Layla Bug Project is to provide cost effect products that help families increase peace of mind and equip public safety with the knowledge to better serve all!
